In the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and surrounding countries and regions:Angola, Burundi, Central African Republic (CAR), Republic of Congo (ROC), Rwanda, South Sudan (South Sudan).The mining of rare metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tin (Sn), tungsten (W) and cobalt (Co) in Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda and Zambia has caused serious human rights and environmental problems.The sale of these minerals may have provided financial support for the ongoing armed conflicts in these countries, leading to long-term instability in the region, so they are called "conflict minerals".

The principles of conflict mining policy of Anhui Jinsai Technology Co., LTD and its subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Company") are:Understand and value human rights and environmental issues related to conflict mines, in the implementation of raw material procurement policies, comply with the CFSI and the United Nations and OECD Guidelines for Responsible Supply Chain Due Diligence for Minerals in Conflict-Affected and High-risk Areas. The Company and all of our suppliers and/or outsourcers only obtain information from the CFS,Smelters and refineries that have been processed or certified by the LBMA or the Responsible Jewellery Industry Committee do not procure or support the use of any conflict minerals that directly or indirectly finance or support areas affected by armed conflict, and ensure that all suppliers procure minerals in a manner that is responsible and respects the human rights and environment of people in conflict areas.
